Holland America offers more incentives to loyal cruisers

Holland America Line is rolling out an enhanced loyalty program, Mariner Society Rewards. The program will roll out to the entire fleet by Oct. 18.

The program offers additional onboard discounts, special rates on certain cruises and reduced or free third and fourth rates to its most loyal customers. The benefits are tiered.

Passengers earn “cruise day” credits towards higher tiers based on travel as well as onboard spending or the purchase of suites.

Enhanced perks include 15% off merchandise at ShopHollandAmerica.com, a complimentary ship photo, discounts on spa treatments and waivers of air deviation fees.

At the highest levels, passengers can earn a free fare for third and fourth berths on select sailings, complimentary wine tastings, complimentary laundry service, priority tender service and priority check-in.

Any customer who sails one time with Holland America Line automatically joins Mariner Society Rewards and will receive offers for upcoming cruises and advanced information about new ships and product enhancements.
